Your website. A marketing tool barely alive. We can rebuild it. We have the technology. We have the capability to build the world’s first bionic website. Better than it was before. Better, stronger, faster.

Ok, so you don’t have six million dollars. And your website isn’t a bionic man. But that doesn’t mean it can’t perform like one.

Your website is, without question, the superhero of your marketing team. It’s sharing the story of your brand, directing traffic, handing out information, collecting data, and doing all of this in the convenience of your user’s home (or hand), even while us mortals are sleeping.

Problem is, most of the people who contribute to your website treat it like a file cabinet because they have no idea of its potential power.

In this workshop, we’ll show you what top-performing websites look like, give you example metrics you can use to evaluate yours, and tell you how to balance those metrics with political savvy to convince stakeholders of the amazing things your website is capable of.

We’ll look at sites we’ve worked with as well as your own examples to:

  • Define what your site should be doing, and assess how well it’s doing that now
  • Set up baseline metrics to give you a place to start measuring performance
  • Test (for cheap!) how well the site is serving your audiences
  • Help explain metrics to stakeholders to win their support

Whether you’re considering incremental changes, a content overhaul, or a complete tear-down and rebuild, this is a powerful framework that can help you decide how to spend time and money making your website better, stronger, and faster than it was before.
