We all focus on testing when we are building our websites and preparing them for an initial launch, but how many of us continue to test 6 months, 12 months, or even years after it has launched? In academia, today’s audience is not tomorrow’s audience and our websites must continue to grow and evolve in order to attract them and serve their needs.

In this session we will talk about what you should be testing, how to develop a regular testing schedule, tactics for enticing participation from current and prospective students, as well as how to compile results in order to make informed decisions.
